Pixelium Technologies ("we", "us", "our") builds this policy to explain, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site - whether it's the contact form on this page or the project inquiry form on the homepage - we collect whatever you enter: your name, email address, message, and (where asked) your budget range or the service you're interested in. If you tick the newsletter checkbox, we also note that you'd like to receive occasional updates from us.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't collect any information automatically beyond what's required to serve the page and process your submission.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and follow up by email. If you subscribed to our newsletter, we'll use your email to send occasional updates - you can ask to be removed at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processing
Our contact forms are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards form submissions to our inbox by email. Your submission passes through their servers in order to reach us. We don't control their infrastructure, but we only use them to deliver messages, not to build profiles or run ads.
Data retention
We keep the messages you send us for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry and maintain our own business records, then delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
